Shipping Terms

Shipment is sent the day after receipt of payment and shipped by shipping services. We will send you the tracking number of the shipment by email to track the shipment from the shipping company’s website.

Costs Shipping charges include packing charges which vary depending on the total weight of the shipment and your country.

Shipping charges are non-refundable when you do not receive your shipment. The shipment is refunded and we do not accept refund after shipment.

If you request commercial quantities, you must obtain a CITES certificate and we will help you to obtain it.
